Housing Information
Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on base or finding a home off-base within the community.

Eglin AFB also provides all on- and off-base housing services for Duke Field. The Housing Management Office will be your first contact once your receive moving orders. They will help with relocation assistance, lease agreements, off-base housing referrals and tenant-landlord disputes.

Eglin AFB On Base Housing 

• The Unaccompanied Housing Office (850) 882-5153 is reserved for airmen in the ranks of E1-E3 and E4 with less than 3 years of service. You are provided with private sleeping room, furnishings, bed linens and supplies required for comfortable living.

• On-base housing for Eglin AFB (and Duke Field) is privatized and operated by Corvias at Eglin AFB (850) 613-5050, a pet friendly community that offers amenities such as: washer/dryer hookups, lawn care and water, sewer included. Keep in mind that there is a process involved in renting on-base housing, which may include wait times.
