UNITS
Eglin Air Force Base is home to many major units in the Air Force. Among those are the Air Armament Center, the 96th Air Base Wing, the 46th Test Wing, the 33rd Fighter Wing, the 53rd Wing, and the 919th Special Ops Wing. Other major units include the 20th Space Control Squadron and the 6th Ranger Training Battalion as well as the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal. The 7th Special Forces Group and the Joint Fires Integration and Interoperability Team also call Eglin Air Force Base home.
